Refund Policy

A Quality Dog Breeder

The Wait List Fee not refundable.

Deposit and Acceptance Deposit is not refundable.

When we accept pre-payments it is to assist families with the purchase of one of our puppies,

the payments assist our cashflow and may be used for ongoing needs. No interest is earned.

If you are purchasing an animal on special terms or at a discounted price the deposit is calculated on the original price or value of the animal and not on the amount paid. From time to time we might be acting as an agent or otherwise selling an animal that we did not breed. Similar, you might be buying an animal on breeders terms or an animal with a known health condition at a heavily reduced price.

We are a very small family operated business and not a financial institution or a commercial operation, if a refund is due to you, Superior Cavaliers reserves the right to process this refund from the proceeds of and at the time of the litter/sale.

If the above does not meet your expectations please choose a different breeder.
